ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been confirmed, processing begins immediately. For this reason, we are unable to accept order cancellations or changes after the order has been placed. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges associated with returning the package.

K-POP MANSION covers the original shipping costs and, where applicable, duties and taxes associated with delivering the order to the customer. For this reason, original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. K-POP MANSION is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
