Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us first at kpopmansionshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
Be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging, where applicable
Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other alterations
Be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

All costs associated with returning an item are the customer's responsibility, including return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes related to the return shipment.

The original shipping costs and applicable duties/taxes associated with sending the order to the customer are covered by K-POP MANSION and are not charged separately to the customer.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise agreed.

Returns & Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at kpopmansionshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Any costs associated with sending the original item back to us are the customer's responsibility. Availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at kpopmansionshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Please do not return a damaged or incorrect item before contacting us, as separate instructions may apply.
